QATAR FOUNDATION

Qatar National Convention Centre is a member of the Qatar Foundation, a non-profit organisation founded in 1995 by Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar.

Qatar Foundation has a single-minded conviction to create Qatar’s legacy of educational and scientific achievement.

The driving force of the Foundation is the Emir’s Consort, Her Highness Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al Missned. Her Highness is also a UNESCO Special Envoy for Education.

Qatar Foundation is a network of progressive institutions and partnerships dedicated to achieving its global ambitions while remaining committed to preserving Qatar’s heritage and culture.
