Whenever you select QNCC as your venue, we provide you with a dedicated Event Manager to manage the pre-planning and “on the day” delivery of your event. Their role is to seamlessly coordinate the various venue related components of your event and act as your single point of contact regardless of the size and type of event.

Event Solutions & Services

QNCC is purpose-built for contemporary events. There are spacious foyers and registration areas, luxury lounges, hospitality and media rooms, and diverse catering facilities over three levels. It has the latest in communications technology.

The Centre offers flexible, high-tech solutions and sets a new benchmark in contemporary international venue design. Our fully flexible and adaptable space options suit a wide variety of conferences, meetings, exhibitions, performances, concerts and gala events. QNCC can host meetings for 10 people up to conferences for 10,000 people.

  • Event Support

    Each event has a manager assigned to guide clients through the entire planning and execution process. QNCC offers a range of high quality services to ensure each function runs professionally and smoothly.

    • Exclusive F & B services. This includes: café, beverages, receptions, breakfast, lunch and dinner, coffee breaks, functions with different menus and service styles, size and guest profile
    • Audio-visual services: lighting, sound, video and production for events of various sizes and types.
    • Information Technology: wi-fi and wired network connections, telephone, IT equipment etc.

  • Marshalling yard & storage warehouse

    Supporting major exhibitions and events, QNCC can utilise our dedicated 10,000m² Marshaling Yard and Warehouse storage facilities for logistics and event support.

  • Outside Catering

    Utilising our in-house team, QNCC can offer outside catering services for any types of events including Weddings, dinners, private parties etc. Our multi-talented culinary team offers a diverse repertoire of menus featuring international and regional cuisine, with full flexibility to cater to ethnic and dietary needs.

  • Corporate Services

    AMLAK provides a complete service for exhibitors and their delegates and guests over and above the needs of the particular event. These include:

    • Hotel booking and event support
    • Flight bookings
    • Personalised meet and greet assistance through Al–Maha services at Hamad International airport
    • Transportation and taxi services

  • Event & Project Managment

    We have assembled a multi-national team of experts in all aspects of event management to make sure your event runs smoothly and is delivered beyond your expectations.

    Our team of professionals can take care of all your requirements from pre-planning to move-out arrangements. A dedicated team is always on standby, with an assigned manager as a single point of contact to take care of all the details and take the pressure off the organiser.

    We even go the extra step of assigning a services manager for additional support on the ground at your event.

    During the second quarter of 2016 we delivered event management services for three events. The offered services included: stage and back drop design and printing, delegate registration, banners and directional signage design and printing, design and printing of event collaterals – invitations, brochure, photo folder, car pass provision, photographer and valet parking.

  • Branding & Signage

    Achieving the correct branding is essential and our client team works with each client to make sure that any branding and signage works powerfully in attracting visitors.

    There are many advertising opportunities within the building to personalise and publicise your event. From the giant LED screen at the entrance to QNCC to concrete bollards, you can ensure that visitors are alerted to your presence the minute they come on site.

    Within the venues, there is a variety of signage opportunities in the shape of flags and banners, LED screens in the link between car park and venue and registration counters to name just a few.

    The team guides clients to ensure all advertising signage meets our safety regulations and is consistent with our guidelines.

  • Housekeeping

    Cleanliness is a priority at all times and our housekeeping team have won several hygiene awards for their attention to detail in keeping our buildings spotless. The team is ready to respond to all our clients’ requests and specifications with a full range of equipment and manpower to ensure a clean and tidy environment.

  • Exhibition Services & Rigging

    QNCC’s exhibition hall ceiling consists of a series of gridded modules covering 35,000m² that can each be individually raised or lowered at the touch of a button, all the way down to floor level, giving the building the flexibility to change its shape depending on the event that is being hosted. Our exhibition halls are also fitted with full colour LED lighting that allows organisers to control the ambiance.

  • Health, Safety & Security

    QNCC has a dedicated health, safety and security centre from where our team provides 24-hour venue security.

    All security personnel are fully trained with QNCC’s security management system and on evacuation procedures. Vehicle entry points are manned, while the movement of people in public and back-of-the-house areas on QNCC premises is monitored round-the-clock through CCTV. Special security planning can be arranged on request. For events, the Centre operates based on the industry’s best practices.

  • Information Technology & Telecommunication

    The building features highly advanced technology with wired and wireless connectivity, as well as IP telephony, television and 100% fiber optic connections available throughout the building.

    We have also installed a radio frequency identification device (RFID) for tracking delegates and building assets.

    Catering to all potential business needs, QNCC offers total computer networking, audience response systems and a full spectrum of telecommunications, internet and wireless communication services. The building has a complete fibre optic infrastructure linking all the spaces.

    You can call on our in-house IT team to deliver the integrated communication solutions your event requires.

  • Audio Visual Support

    Ensuring the latest presentation and production technology was a priority in the construction of QNCC, ensuring we can offer technically superior, state-of-the-art services.

    Our in-house team is ready to provide a complete service for all events, from the smallest corporate meeting to full international and conference theatre productions. All our venues are equipped with the latest technology to ensure all the hard work put into creating sophisticated presentations is rewarded.

  • Food & Beverage

    The provision of quality catering at events is an expectation of guests and delegates nowadays. We understand how important it is to provide good food and drinks, served on-time and by courteous staff.

    Our team of chefs prepares meals on-site, served directly from kitchen to table. Our food and beverage team caters for events on all types – conference lunches, refreshment breaks, gala dinners, receptions, exhibition catering for both visitors and exhibitors, plus on-stand catering.

    We are totally flexible, appreciating the specific requirements each event has, from seated plated meals to rapid menus or ‘grab and go’. Our chefs can tailor our menus to meet guests’ special dietary needs.
